Sale Hours
Move in: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 6 am – 10 am
Sale Hours: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 10 am – 5 pm
Move out: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010: 5 pm – 8 pm

Rental Rates
Includes Table and 2 Chairs per Booth
(Single booth based on per company, per booth size 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft.)
Prices are
• 1 booth – $415 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)
• 2 booths – $390 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)
• 3 booths or more – $355 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)

Payment Schedule
1/3 due with application. Balance due August 14, 2009. Any balance unpaid after August 14,
2009 will bear interest at the rate set out in the invoice from Show Management. Contract is
valid on acceptance with or without deposit. No exhibitor will be permitted access to the
event facilities unless all amounts are paid in full.
