For $1,085 per 10’ X 10’ booth . . .
- We provide display curtains, carpet, table, chairs and sign.
- We set up and take down the above display. No shipping or related work for you.
- You provide a local retailer with product at a discount. Retailer delivers product to your booth and picks it up after show.
- All you need to do is have your sales rep staff the booth and distribute brochures.

Rental Rates
Includes Table and 2 Chairs per Booth
(Single booth based on per company, per booth size 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft.)
Prices are
• 1 booth – $410 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)
• 2 booths – $385 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)
• 3 booths or more – $350 per booth (plus 5% G.S.T.)
Payment Schedule
1/3 due with application. Balance due August 15, 2008. Any balance unpaid after August 15,
2008 will bear interest at the rate set out in the invoice from Show Management. Contract is
valid on acceptance with or without deposit. No exhibitor will be permitted access to the
event facilities unless all amounts are paid in full.
